Thanks Bruce for the links to your “scify” articles. The “laws” of thermodynamics are surely carved in stone and passed on from god together with the 10 commandments to humanity and especially the “scientific” guardians of the holy groil (as opposed to certain crackpot’s opinion, that they are based on observation and “because something has never been observed, it must not be”), hence the expression “maria vai com as outras” perfectly applies to this ever parroting folk. And as we are so disputing in the realm of dogma and belief – I do take my freedom to believe (together with Jules Vernes: “I Believe that water one day will be employed as a fuel, that hydrogen and oxygen which constitute it, used singly or together, will furnish an inexhaustible source of heat and light…”) that Water has an inherent energy potential and can – will – be used one day to stop hydrocarbons from polluting our environment and being the cause of wars waged against nations unluckily positioned on top of an oil field (but of course it also takes some inspiration and imagination to visualize a world in peace – observation tells us that this can never be achieved).
